Gregg A. Leopold, 66, of Aurora, passed away January 28, 2017.

He was born October 30, 1950 in Savanna, Illinois, the son of Leo and Dolores (Sturtevant) Leopold. He was a graduate of Savanna High School. On March 21, 1974 he married Michele, of Aurora, Colorado.

Gregg is survived by his wife of 42 years, Michele Leopold; three children, Melissa (Brian) Cross, Charlene (Paul Covington) Leopold, and Kris (Chanda) Leopold; seven grandchildren, Brandon Cross, Joseph Cross, Joshua Covington, Alexis Covington, Caitlynn Covington, Christian Wilson, and Kaden Leopold. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Dolores Leopold.
