He was born April 1, 1964 in Aurora, Colorado, the son of Al Streyle and Grace Brinkmeyer. He was a graduate of Aurora Central High School.
Charley is survived by his mother, Grace Brinkmeyer; girlfriend, Gloria Hartsough; and many friends and colleagues. He is preceded in death by his father, Al Streyle.
Charley was a great mechanic who loved semi-trucks and cars. He loved to collect and read books. Charley started dancing when he was six years old and became quite the avid dancer. He often handed out candy when he was out dancing and became known as the "Candyman" at Club Ultra Sheer and The Tavern DTC.
