She was born January 10, 1933 in Culbertson, Nebraska, the daughter of Ennis and Minnie (Morthole) Talley. She attended high school in Culbertson, Nebraska.
Eileen is survived by two sons, Douglas A. (Ann) Porter and Daryl S. (Suzette) Porter; daughter, JoAnn Raether; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harold (Linda) Talley and Paul (Roseann) Talley and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Marvin L. Porter; father, Ennis Talley; mother, Minnie Talley; daughter, Lynn Porter Barnes; brother, Stanley and sister, Maxine.
