Born July 26, 1947 at Beth Israel Hospital in Denver, Colorado. Linda was welcomed home by her siblings, Beatrice and Bill. In 1952, Beatrice married Delbert Stevens and they had a son named Thomas. Beatrice and Delbert were killed by a drunken driver and Thomas was taken in by the family and raised as a brother to Bill and Linda.
In her teen years, Linda entered a Convent to become a nun. It didn't take long for her to realize it was not her calling and she left.
Linda began her medical career working at Rose Medical Center. She moved over to the VA Hospital in 1999 as a Cardio Vascular Technologist and retired in 2006. Linda was Treasurer of the National Alliance of Cardio Vascular Technologists.
Linda was preceded in death by the love of her life, Wade Boger, her sister and brother in law, Beatrice and Delbert and her parents, Mildred and Edward Schoening.
Linda is survived by Two Brothers, William D. (Rise) Schoening, Thomas E. (Sharon ) Stevens; Three Great-Nephews, Anthony (Ariana ) Stevens, Jordan Goad, Jimmy (Emily ) Goad; Three Nephews, Tommy (Denise) Stevens, James (Christina) Stevens, Norman Stevens; Three Nieces, Danielle D. (James ) Goad, Heather M. (Todd Romero) Stevens, Emily E. Stevens; Two Great-Nieces, Shayla Stevens, Kayla Stevens; and Great-Great-Nephew, Kenny Stevens.
