Darlene P. Schat, 85, of Aurora, passed away January 8, 2018.

She was born March 9, 1932 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of LeRoy and Helen (Snyder) Baker. On November 30, 1946 she married Glen Schat, of Aurora, Colorado.

Darlene is survived by her children, Linda Freund, Dennis Schat, and Glen (Pat) Scott Jr.; seven grandchildren, Kenny (Camie) Freund, Scott (Shannon) Freund, Dennis (Cindy) Schat, Adam Schat, Jon Schat, Deena (Danny) Titus, and Amy (Adam) Burk; seven great-grandchildren, Storme Freund, Slade Freund, Hunter Freund, David Titus, Rebecca Schat, Cassandra Schat, and Gavin Burk; three great great-grandchild, Ruby Husher-York, Malakai Krismer, and Naomie Krismer; sister, Pat McMurtry; and brother, Dan Smith. She is preceded in death by her husband, Glen A. Schat; great-grandchild, Jennifer Freund; father, LeRoy Baker; step-father John "Ed" Smith; mother Helen Baker; and six siblings.
