Norman R. Allen Sr., 85, of Aurora, passed away January 11, 2018.
He was born August 11, 1932 in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, the son of William and Lilly (Lawrence ) Allen. On October 29, 1952 he married Doris Fahringer, of Aurora, Colorado.
Norman is survived by four children, Norman R. (Wanda) Allen Jr., Darcy (Paul Daniszewski) Allen, Pamela (Craig) Colberg, and Gary Allen; eleven grandchildren, Kristi Caldwell, David (Liza) Caldwell, Daisha (TJ) Freeman, Corey (Tara) Allen, Jacob Colberg, Joshua Colberg, Amber (Dez) Brown, Adam Allen, Bailey Allen, Jaron Allen, and Carson Allen; ten great-grandchildren, Jontae Caldwell, Hannah Walker, Jordan Jean-Louis, Damian Wosmek, Sydney Freeman, Joel Freeman, Mia Allen, Kendall Allen, Beau Schneider, and Gwen Schneider; and sister, Carol Stahley. He is preceded in death by his wife, Doris Allen; daughter, Patricia Allen; grandson, Thor Aguirre; and parents, William and Lilly Allen.
