She was born October 24, 1929 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Giuseppe and Rose Mingrone.
Sylvia attended Windsor Gardens Community Church.
Sylvia had a great zest for life and enjoyed dancing, vacationing and meeting new people.
Sylvia is survived by Three Nephews, John D. Ballard, Karl (Carolyn) Ziegler and Jim Ballard; Niece, Karen Ziegler; great-niece and several great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
She is preceded in death by father, Giuseppe Mingrone; mother, Rose Mingrone and four sisters, Mary Ballard, Yolanda Ziegler, Edith Smith and Josephine DiMaria.
