Charles "Chuck" K. Hicks, 62, of Aurora, passed away July 29, 2018.
He was born October 8, 1955 in Denver, Colorado, the son of Charles and Mary (Staton) Hicks. He graduated from Hinkley High School 1973. On March 26, 1977 he married Linda Hicks in Aurora, Colorado.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Linda Hicks; daughter, Alicia A. (Luke) Lamfers; son, Jason T. (Tear) Hicks; three granddaughters, Echo O'Connor, Elara O'Connor, and Lana Lamfers; grandson, Landon Lamfers; brother, David (Patty) Hicks; sister, Carol Menning; sister-in-law, Debi Wilcox; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents.
We will be celebrating the life of Chuck Hicks on Saturday, August 4 from 12:00-2:00 at Hyatt Lake in Arvada (6056 Eldridge St., Arvada, CO 80004). Please feel welcome to bring a food dish to share and drinks (alcoholic or otherwise) to toast to Chuck. We encourage all to share their memories of Chuck at the gathering. The site is child friendly if you wish to bring children, everyone is welcome.
