John C. Sherer 1926-2012
86 of Strasburg, passed away on Sunday, April 08, 2012. He is survived by his six children: Sheryl (Ed) Snyder, Bruce (Sharron Dougan) Sherer, Don (Patty) Sherer, Robert (Mandy) Sherer, John (Wendy) Ewing, and Zachariah Ewing. His sixteen grandchildren: Zach, Tabitha, Isaiah, Nathan, Chris, Avis, Josh, Michael, Matthew, John, Corrine, Seth, Jamie, Eva, Kali, and Emma. His sister, Lavina Shippey. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other extended family, and friends. Preceded in death by his wife, Noramay Sherer; also preceded by his son, Jim Ewing; and his two sisters, Vonceil Ager and JoAnne Cross.
