John H. Wilson, 87, of Golden, passed away February 25, 2015.

He was born July 8, 1927 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the son of John and Bonnie (Herndon) Wilson. He was a graduate of Beloit High School, Beloit Wisconsin. He attended the University of Denver and graduated with a degree in Business Administration. He was a member of ATO Omega Fraternity. John served in the United States Navy. On August 25, 1951 he married Patricia J. (Leinweber) Wilson, of Denver, Colorado.

John is survived by his wife, Patricia J. Wilson; two sons, Jack (Jane) Wilson and Bob (Deb) Wilson; a daughter, Susan (Scott Trigg) Wilson; ten grandchildren, Annie (Franky) Scaglione, Jonell (Jens) Anderson, Tarryn Wilson, Katie Wilson, Andrew Wilson, Kristen Hurlbut, Kate (Will) Green, Emily (Jason) Kotas, Kelsey Trigg, and Karisa Trigg; and one great grandchild, Marzio Hawkeye Scaglione, born 03/12/2015.

He is preceded in death by father, John Akin Wilson and mother, Bonnie Mae Wilson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society.
