Patricia Ann Cook, 60, of Denver, passed away May 10, 2015.

She was born September 25, 1954 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Dawson and Allison Halfacre. She attended Manuel High School.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Angenette R. Lewis; son, Isaac S. (Venus) Evans; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four brothers, Oscar True, Phillip (Adrienne) Halfacre, Ronald Halfacre, and Tommy Halfacre. She is preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Jeanie Halfacre and Shirley Thomas.

Patricia was truly one of the most loving people you could have ever met. She was beloved by her two children and she will be greatly missed!
