Barbara A. Wilson
1959 - 2015

Dynamic and dear, Barb died of cardiac arrest resultant of severe COPD. (Barb smoked cigarettes her entire life since age 15!)

She is the daughter of the late Lynda Carman-Wilson and William E. Wilson, who was a former Denver Police Officer. She leaves a sister Nancy Fosdick, niece Pam Fosdick, nephews Nick, Alex and Adam Fosdick and great-nieces Lily and Anna whom Barb dearly loved; Rick and Liz Carman, Gretchen Carman-Palmer and Marcelle Wilson-Rickner; her uncle and aunts; cousins David L. Palmer and Robbie Carman (who was always there for her), Katie Carman, Steven Palmer and Genifer Palmer-Freeman; ex-husband Tony Dwyer and her two sons, Tony Jr. and Daniel; her best friend Joe Schill of Las Vegas, NV, who loved her. He was her reason for being. Her family and friends will greatly miss Barb and her fun ways.

Barb was a very accomplished woman. She was Assistant Manager of Lakewood Chrysler where she met the owner's son, Tony. They were married for a number of years, living in the Denver area and Lake Havasu, Arizona where they owned their own trucking company. Barb returned to live again in Littleton where she grew up. She worked as a Sales Associate at Bed, Bath & Beyond in Cherry Creek.

Barb once told her Aunt Gretchen, "My most favorite thing to do was to ride my horse at a full run and put my hands up in the air. I felt like I was flying."

There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, February 20th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Grant's Ranch Clubhouse, 7255 W. Grant's Ranch Blvd., Littleton CO 80123.

Barb would have appreciated memorial gifts to:

The German Schnauzer Rescue Mission or to the Estate of Barbara Wilson to benefit her dear grand-nieces and nephews. You may send donations to Newcomer Funeral Home, 901 S. Sheridan Blvd., Lakewood CO 80226.
