Alice Essie Carlile, 95, born 11/2/1920, died 2/2/2016.

She was the beloved daughter of Effie Higgins Williams and Luther Wells Locker, the beloved wife of Jessie Carlile, the beloved sister of Frances Cruz, Margaret Locker, Eugene Locker, Leslie Herbert “Bud” Locker, and the beloved aunt and great aunt of their children.

Although Alice was born in Hereford, Texas, she was a Denver resident from 1926. She was a wonderful daughter, mother, wife, and friend and active in many charitable organizations.

Alice is survived by her two beloved children Janet Carlile and Jay Carlile, and her constant companion Happy.

Her life will be celebrated on February 11th at 1:00 in the Miller Chapel at Montview Boulevard Presbyterian Church, 1980 Dahlia, Denver, Co. 80220.
