Albert Adam Ochs
1936 - 2016

Albert Adam Ochs, 80, of Aurora, passed away February 3, 2016.

Al was born in Grainfield KS on January 21 1936 to George and Margret Ochs where he was raised on the family farm…He graduated from Hoxie High School in Kansas and enlisted into the Army where he was stationed in Germany.

While he was serving his country his family moved from Kansas to Denver CO and upon his return home he also made Colorado his home and where he met the love of his life Patti. Al married Patti on January 8, 1960 and would spend the rest of their years together working hard and raising their family. Al is survived by His Son’s Kevin, Kirk, Kyle and daughter Kara as well as his two Grandchildren Aaron and Ashley and Great-grandson Jayce.. He was preceded in death by his wife Patti and his parents George and Margret as well as brothers Delbert and Delmar.

Al worked at the Denver Water Department as a Carpenter and loved his job and the many friend that he made till be retired to take care of his wife and son that was dealing with serious health conditions. He loved his wife and children and was the most dedicated family man you could ever ask for..His heart was broken when God called Patti home June 20th 1996 and remained broken till they were reunited again… The loved they shared was unique and everlasting.

Al got to watch his Grandchildren grow up with great pride and many great memories, He was such a proud man and would often express his unfiltered words of endearment…He greatest joy was when Ashley and Anthony blessed him with his Great-grandson Jayce. Jayce bought back that contagious belly roll that we all loved about Al…the great stories he gets to share with Mom will be priceless!
We love you Dad and thank you for Everything you have done for us, dance with your Angel and we will see you again someday.. Rest in peace
