He was born July 30, 1941 in Snyder, Colorado, the son of Don and Grace (Ramirez) Martinez.
Bob honorably served in the US Coast Guard during the VietNam War.
Bob loved to fish. He enjoyed selling cars. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.
Robert is survived by four daughters, Doreen A. (Francisco) Barron, Josephine Vialpando, Melody McGlothlin and Cheri (Bob Honeysett) Martinez; son-in-law, Bob Fickle; eight grandchildren, Cisco (Mindy) Barron, Adrian (Faith) Barron, Cristian Barron, Alex Barron, Juliana Barron, Kara Fickle, Kimberly Fickle and Dylan Fickle and several grandchildren in Utah; great-grandchild, Ariana Barron; two brothers, Albert (Cordy) Martinez and Kenny (Donna) Ulibarri; sister, Debbie Ulibarri; sister-in-law, Ruth Martinez and many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by Father, Don Martinez; Mother, Grace Martinez Ulibarri; Stepfather, Conrad Ulibarri; Daughter, Kimberly Fickle on October 15, 2017; Four Brothers, Bobby Martinez, Joe Martinez, Marion Martinez and Kerry Ulibarri and Sister, Evelyn Gurule.
