Lawrence C. Wood, 83, of Colorado Springs, passed away in Aurora on April 8, 2018.
He was born May 8, 1934 in Kansas City, Kansas the son of Ross and Marion (Carlson) Wood. He was a graduate of McPherson High School in Kansas and he attended Valparaiso Tech. On August 3, 1958 he married Tima McCune of Wichita, Kansas.
Larry worked for Hewlett Packard for 29 years and retired from his service there to enjoy life at home. He was also very active in the Pikes Peak Association of American Theatre Organ Society for many years enjoying this activity with the love of his life Tima.
Lawrence is survived by two children, Douglas (Sara) Wood and Cheryl Wood; two grandchildren, Daniel Wood and Seth Wood; and brother, Warren Wood. He is preceded in death by his wife, Tima Wood; daughter, Lorie Wood; and parents, Ross and Marion Wood.
