He was born March 23, 1952 in Aberdeen, Scotland, the son of Walter and Dorothy (Thompson) Edwards. On December 20, 1975 he married Vickie Ore, of Denver, Colorado.
Michael is survived by his wife, Vickie Edwards; daughter, Heather (Tony) MacNeil; son, Nathan (Vianey) Edwards; four grandchildren, Wyatt MacNeil, Emma MacNeil, Michael Edwards, and Emiley Edwards; and sister, Leslie (Russ) Christopherson. He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Dorothy Edwards; and brother, Graham Edwards.
