Delza Gules Conner
1966 - 2018

Delza Gules Conner, 52, of Denver, was called home on July 4, 2018.

Delza was born April 20, 1966 in Malingin Cantilan, Surigao del sur Philippines. She was then welcomed into the Conner family by Robert Carl Conner and Violeta Gules Conner in 1969. Being in a military family, she moved around but established roots in Denver, Colorado in 1978. Delza graduated from George Washington High School in 1984. Though she had no formal training in business and accounting Delza excelled in both industries.
Delza worked retail at Lowry Air Force base after high school and was introduced to Norwest Bank in 1988 where she found her second home. Delza steadily moved up within Norwest, now Wells Fargo as a trainer within Wholesale Loan and Accounting close to completing a relationship of 30 years with them.

Delza was known for her large heart and loved to volunteer either in the church nursery or at any Wells Fargo event. Delza made a lasting impression on anyone she met. Whether to a stranger on the bus or a friend at church. She was truly beautiful inside and out.

Delza is survived by her children Jonathan Hung Cao (27) and Samantha Jazmyn Cao (23). She is also survived by her parents Robert Carl Conner (78) and Violeta Gules Conner (75), siblings, Robert (Bobby) John Conner (45), Dyan Violet Cunningham (42), Violet Darlene Breeden (34) and many other siblings that have accepted her in their family as their own. All surviving family currently resides in Colorado.

In lieu of flowers, Delza requested that a donation be made in her name to the American Cancer Association.

Services will be held at Calvary Temple/City Point Church Monday, July 16th at 10:00am followed by burial at Fairmont Cemetery.
