Leah Rae Wood, 83, of Aurora, passed away August 31, 2018.
She was born August 2, 1935 in Michigan, the daughter of Maynard and Beatrice (Johnson) Decent. She was a graduate of Muskegon Heights High School in Michigan. On June 5, 1954 she married John Wood, of Aurora, Colorado.
Leah is survived by her husband, John Wood; four children, Jay (Michelle) Wood, Jeffery Wood, Ellen Candelaria, and Melanie (Cary Calone) Wood; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Sandra Carlson; and two brothers, Allen (Anne) Decent and Leland Decent. She is preceded in death by her parents, Maynard and Beatrice Decent and sister, Bonnie Jean Sprague.
