Rose Ann Sabo, 93, of Aurora, Colorado, passed away September 11, 2018.

Born on April 1, 1925, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Steve Sabo Sr., who passed July 11, 1992. Rose is survived by 4 Children, Rose M. Sabo, Catherine Anne Sabo, Paul S. Sabo Jr., Michael D. Sabo, 9 Grandchildren, and 12 Great Grandchildren.

Rose was born in Roztoki Dilni, Poland and lived on a family farm with 2 brothers and a sister. She was raised by her grandparents having lost both parents early in life. Rose was taken from her home at age 15 by the German Army to work on a farm for the duration of the war. Upon liberation by the US Troops, Rose met Paul, and they were married in Stuttgart, Germany before moving to the United States.

Rose was most happy sharing her life with her family and close friends during their famous meals, enjoying her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren sharing with each other.

Rose was known for her kindness to all God’s creatures, her beautiful garden, her love of life and her deep enduring faith.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in Rose's name to St. Therese Catholic Church, 1243 Kingston St., Aurora, CO 80010, please specify donations are for the Capital Repair Fund.
