Earl J. Croy, 93, formerly of Arvada, passed away September 30, 2018.

He was born October 4, 1924 in Bucklin, Missouri, 1 of 8 children born to Comadore and Emily (Fisher) Croy.

He came to know the Lord Jesus as his personal Savior in Tulsa, Oklahoma at Tulsa First Church of the Nazarene and was baptized by Reverend Sanders.

Earl honorably served in the U.S. Army in the 25th Infantry Division Tropic Lightning during World War II and was discharged at the rank of Staff Sergeant.

On July 24, 1946, he married Dorothy Newman.

He co-owned Croy Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning along with his 4 other brothers.

Earl was a member of Lakewood Church of the Nazarene where he also served as a Board Member. He later attended Lakewood Bible Chapel.

Earl was mechanically inclined and he loved cars and could fix about anything. He also had a keen mind for working on inventions. Earl loved photography and taking family pictures. He also enjoyed traveling and family camping trips.

Earl is survived by daughter, Kathy E. (John) Bruneau; two sons, Earl S. (Evelyn) Croy and Mark E. (Lori) Croy; ten grandchildren, Erin Doty, Eric Croy, Bobby McKee, Mark McKee, Annie Arnone, Heather Billups, Ashley Singleton, Allen Croy, Paul Bruneau and Melissa Agnew; 13 great-grandchildren; one brother, John (Betty) Croy; sister-in-law Eveyln Croy and many nieces, nephews and extended family.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Dorothy E. Croy; father, Comadore G. Croy; mother, Emily Croy; three brothers, Comadore F. Croy, Claud Croy and Kenneth Croy and three sisters, Bernice Rogers, Ruth Ratliff and Jewel Anderson.
