She was born August 7, 1940 in Danbury, Essex, England, the daughter of Eric and Marjory (Green) Blowers. On March 22, 1979 she married Patrick Brown, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Wendy is survived by her husband, Patrick "Charlie" Brown; four daughters, Kathleen Brown, Jennifer Rich-Hessletine (David Hesseltine), Debra Smith, and Carol (Steven) Webster; two sons, David (Joella) Brown and Bobby Rich; two granddaughters, Wendy Smith and Kennedy Brown; two grandsons, Ryan Vaughn and Rory Vaughn; and two brothers, Derek (Sheila) Blowers and Eric Blowers. She is preceded in death by her parents, Eric Johnson Blowers and Marjory Helen Blowers.
