He was born March 30, 1958 in New York City, New York, the son of Louis and Barbara (Garrett) Incashola.
Joe honorably served in the U.S. Army.
He worked for the Rocky Mountain News and was currently a CDL driver for PepsiCo for 10 years.
On October 8, 2011, he married Laura Samuelson.
Joe was a people-person and he loved spending time with his family and friends, riding his motorcycle and watching the Denver Broncos at home. Joe also enjoyed spending time on Facebook and trips to Black Hawk. He especially enjoyed vacations in Montana where his hope was to spend time fishing. He was also enthusiastic about finding new places to explore with Laura. Joe had a very large music and video collection.
Joseph is survived by his loving wife, Laura Samuelson Perez; daughter, Shannon (Shantiva) Worles; son, Anthony (Krystle) Perez; step-daughter, Christina (Shawn) Knapp; three grandchildren, Annalicia Taylor-Medina, Serenity Perez and Aliya Perez; four step-grandchildren, Stephen Samuelson, Ethan Knapp, Ryan Knapp and Nathan Knapp; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by father, Louis Michael Incashola and two brothers, Damon Incashola and Louie M. Perez.
