Joyce E. Argersinger, 90, of Evergreen, passed away November 17, 2018.

She was born May 9, 1928 in Omaha, Nebraska, the daughter of Ernest and Dorothy (Hawkins) Burkland.

She was a graduate of Benson High School in Omaha, Nebraska.

On June 8, 1946 she married Donald "Jack" Argersinger.

Joyce loved children and worked before- and after-school daycare. She was involved with Bible Study Fellowship and taught Children's Bible Study. Joyce was a former member of South Sheridan Baptist Church.

She was an incredible seamstress. Joyce loved baking and hiking with her husband, Jack.

Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Donald "Jack" Argersinger; five children, Steven (Monika) Argersinger, Dan (Debra) Argersinger; Jaye (Wayne ) Kaufman, Joy (Matt) Samuels and Tara (Hampton) Coleman; daughter-in-law, Rita Argersinger; fifteen grandchildren, Stefanie Argersinger, Matthew Argersinger, Andrew Argersinger, Michael Paul Argersinger, Caleb Kaufman, Jared Kaufman, Natalie Cohen, Mason Samuels, Paris Samuels, Chad Terry, Roman Samuels, Aaron Coleman, Joshua Coleman, Anna Mayo and Sarah Jennings; twenty-two great-grandchildren, Ella, Hannah, Sadie, Isaac, Grace, Noah, Kylie, Titus, Josiah, Boaz, Levi, Tyla, Drey, Jada, Tavie, Elijah, Addie, Jack, Brianna, Dex, Kai and Finn with three more great-grandchildren on the way; brother, Dick Burkland; and several nieces, nephews and extended family.

She is preceded in death by father, Ernest Burkland; mother, Dorothy Burkland; son, Michael Argersinger; grandchild, Todd Williams; sister, Delores Argersinger and brother, Carlos Hughes.
