Donna had three brothers Raymond Jr, George, and Dennis McAdams, which all has preceded her in death. She also has one living sister Marcia Loretta Forrest of Elkhart Indiana.

Donna Sue attended Bloomers Elementary, and graduated Abraham Lincoln High School, where she moved on to collage with a degree in nursing. She retired from Rose Medical Hospital as a surgical nurse.

Donna Sue was joined in marriage to James Allen Harbin in 1962 who also has preceded her in death.

Donna Sue is survived by all of her children, James Allen Harbin Jr. and his wife Julie Harbin, Laura Alicia Harbin-Feaster, and her husband Reggie Feaster, Edward Ray Harbin, Kimberly Elizabeth Harbin-Pembrook, and her husband Corey Pembrook, Shona Marie Harbin and Floydetta Sue Harbin.

Our mother, Donna Sue Shannon, was strong, generous and full of life. There was nothing that she would not do for her family for us she was Super Woman. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She took good care of her family as well as friends; strong mind, overworked body, but still she moved on never ever giving up.

We truly love you and will miss you as we celebrate your going home.

Matthew 5:4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
