Laura Ramona Leone Stone, 90, of Denver, CO peacefully passed on Saturday May 4, 2019. She was born to the late Henry and Olga Olson on Jan. 23, 1929 in Osceola, NE. Laura graduated high school at the age of 16 in Hordville, NE then came to Denver where she attended Barnes Business School, married J. R. Stone, had three children. Laura went on to have a long career with the Air Force and Federal Government.

Laura is survived by her three children: Gregory Stone, Douglas (wife Cheryl) Stone and Kimberly (husband Mike) Smith. She also is survived by 4 grandchildren: Bradford (wife Sarah) Stone, Molly (husband Tim) Sullivan, Grant (wife Lia) Stone and Paige (husband Jared) Coffer along with 5 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by three brothers; Henry (Emagene) Olson, Conrad (Mildred) Olson, Donald (Helen) Olson and three sisters; Iva Olson, Erma (Bill) Bradbury and Ruby (Jim) Carson.

Laura enjoyed reading, watching mysteries and police drama on TV. She found great pleasure in spending holidays and birthdays with her sisters and their families.
