She was born May of 1946 in Ohio to Ray and Virginia Grant. Graduate of Central High School in Duluth, MN in 1964.
She loved her family, friends, crafts, church, gardening and cooking! She was a member of the Latter-day Saints Church.
Carolee was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Virginia Grant, Leslie Williams; siblings, Janice Lundin, Donald Williams, Robert Williams, Karen Williams and former husband and friend, Marshall Pearson, Jr.
Survivors include her children, Michelle (Bryan) Petersen, Debra (Mike) Vaughn, Leah (Larry) King, Scott (Michelle) Pearson, Melissa (Shaun) Walker and Melanie (Zach) Ruder; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and siblings David (Mary) Grant, Beth Frisco, Susan Cleveland, Paul Grant, Judy Gardiner, Raymond (Pam) Williams and Stanley Williams..
