Leo Val Pachl, 77, of Aurora, passed away August 13, 2019.

He was born February 8, 1942 in Dickinson, North Dakota, one of 15 children born to Vincent and Mary Ann (Olheiser) Pachl.

Leo honorably served in the United States Army from 1962-1964. His rank was an E-4 and he was stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington.

On October 11, 1969, he married Eleanor Schoenberger.

Leo was an avid Hunter who also enjoyed fishing. He cherished the time that he spent building a cabin in Grand Lake with his family. He loved Texas, winters and the Gulf. In Colorado, he did lawn tractor pulling with family.

Leo is survived by his loving wife, Eleanor Pachl; children, Brett and Ryan Pachl; grandchildren, Alexander, Sarah, Jakob, Hanah, Haley, Savannah and brothers and sisters, Richard, Ceile, Joey, LaVern, Irene & Ernie.

He is preceded in death by parents, Mary Ann and Vincent and 8 siblings.
