1964 - 2019

On Oct. 4, 2019, Catharine left this world to return home to our Heavenly Father. She was born in Bremerton, Washington on September 17, 1964. The family moved to Phoenix AZ in 1968, where her mother, Pauline Tryon, met Bobby Henson, who would become Catharine’s dad.

In 1982, Catharine graduated from Greenway High School. Later on, she attended Denver Business School where she graduated in 1993. Catharine married Ken Morse in 1986, and they had two amazing children.

Catharine was a loving mother, proud grandmother, brave sister and a great friend. She loved to dance and spend time with her friends. But most of all she loved her family.

Catharine was preceded in death by her parents, Pauline A. and Bobby D. Henson, and her uncle, George Kneavel.

She is survived by: children, Joshua Morse, Myka Holder (Brandon); grandchildren Austin Morse, Shelby Morse, Jessa Holder, and baby Holder who is due in February of 2020. She is also survived by: daughter-in-law Jessica Morse-Leppek; her fiancé Dale Halstead; her previous husband and dear friend Ken Morse; brothers Joseph Tryon (Donna), LeeRoy Tryon, Gary Tryon (Jeanette); sister, Julia Cummard (William); step brothers Michael Henson (Karen) and Jeff Henson (Sue); step sister Jana Lewis (Leroy), and special friend, Jody Hart.

A Memorial service will be held October 12, 2019 at Mount Tabor Baptist Church, 278 South Sherman Street, Byers, Colorado. All are welcome to attend a viewing at the church at 10:00 am followed by the service at 11:00am. The graveside service will follow the service at Mount View Cemetery 3724-3750 Kiowa-Bennett Road, Bennett, Colorado.
