Connie was a faithful member of New Hope Ministries. Faith in Jesus Christ was most important to Connie. She ministered to people until the end of her life. She will be remembered as a devoted Momma, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Great-great-grandmother.
She enjoyed many activities that included her family, such as going to church and eating out. She also loved going to the mountains. Loving her children and family, her faith and love for Jesus was what she lived for.
Connie is survived by four children, Gloria Gonzales, Ben Ronquillo, Shirley (James) Saiz, and Debbie (Jerry) Barbero Martinez, ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, brother Phil Martinez, sister Mary Lou Elliott, many nieces, nephews and extended family. Connie is preceded in death by her parents Manuel and Benita Martinez, brothers Henry, Charlie and Louie Martinez, sisters Helen Barbero and Mary Shepperd and son Jesse Ray Ronquillo.
