Wendy was born August 13, 1952 in Oswego, New York. She graduated from Oswego High School, Oswego, New York. She entered employment with Keybank for several years. She loved to cook and entertain family and friends. She looked forward to baking dozens of Christmas cookies for all her friends every year. She was a devoted care giver to her mother in law, Viola Morales for 9 years. She was a generous and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, a wonderful friend and an all around beautiful, remarkable lady. She was the “Shining Star”, the one who always put others first, a beacon of love and generosity, and truly one of a kind. She will be greatly missed by her many friends and relatives.
