Mabel E Schipper, 94, passed away on January 29, 2020, surrounded by her family. She was born February 12, 1925 in Wheat Ridge, CO where her family owned Gibson Dairy.

She married Paul Schipper on October 27, 1945. Mabel was known for her baking abilities at an early age. She had a generous heart especially for children, sick and grieving.

Her sweet spirit was noticed by all she came in contact with. She is survived by her three children, Dennis, Pamela and Stephen. Her grandchildren are Joel Schipper, Karen Parker and Benjamin Schipper. Her great grandchildren are Maggie Schipper, Micah Parker and Ryan Parker.
