1934 - 2020

James Lines O’Leary 85 of Littleton, CO died on February 12, 2020. He was born August 26, 1934.

He is survived by his wife Geraldine (Gerry) of 59 years, daughter Mary (Tom) Henderson, son Michael (Jaime) O’Leary; grandchildren Molly 22, Thomas 18, Caitlin 21 and Madison 11. Brother to the late Elaine Schaffert. Uncle and great uncle to several nieces and nephews.

He was in the United States Coast Guard from 1952 – 1956. For part of his time in the service he was stationed at Five Finger lighthouse in Alaska. He graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor’s degree in Business.

Jim was a real estate agent for over 30 years. He volunteered at Day At A Time for over 11 years. Every morning at 5:30 am he opened the club to get things organized.

Jim loved classic cars, college football, sports his kids and grand kids played and animals.
