Leroy Richard Ortiz 54, of Denver went to be with the Lord Sunday 1/10/21. He was the son of Elizabeth M. Ortiz. Leroy was born in El Paso Texas on 3/16 /1966. He grew up in Pueblo Co with his brother's and sisters, on the Southside of Pueblo and enjoyed boxing at the Boys & Girls Club. He went to Central High school. In the summer of 1984 he moved to Denver.

Leroy worked for Saint Anthonys Central Hospital. He was a Radiology transporter. He met the love of his life, Rita in 1989. They had Four children Samuel Phillip Naranjo, David Michael Naranjo, Richardlee Martin Ortiz, Destiny Marie Ortiz. In 1993 of March, He welcomed his first born son ( Ricky-Roo) Richardlee Ortiz into the world. He welcomed his second child ( Tiny Winny Baby Girl) Destiny Marie Ortiz in April of 1996. He was a grandfather to seven children.

Leroy touched many lives along his life's journey. He was a husband, father, son, brother, uncle, & friend. He was a comedian, who loved laughter. He had a kind heart. He was a loving giving man, Always lending a helping hand. He will forever be remembered, loved and missed. May he rest in a peaceful paradise in Gods loving arms.
