Robert “Bob” Lynn Beckman was born on October 30, 1942, in Elida, Ohio. After graduation from Elida High School, Bob earned a degree in Business Administration from University of Northwestern Ohio. Shortly after, he joined the United States Marine Corps Reserve serving as a Private, Proof Tech Helper (firearms), earning his rifle marksman badge. Bob started his career at Lima Register before moving to Lakewood, CO to work at the Denver Federal Center, then opening his own business, Bub’s Pizza. He worked as a technical writer at Rocky Flats before retiring. Bob was a proud member of the Elks, a race car enthusiast, lifelong golfer, and fisherman; once catching a blue marlin weighing 333lbs. and measuring over 11 ft.

Bob was proceeded by his parents C. Lee and Lena Beckman. Survived by brother John, and his three children, Richard, Ryan (Natalie), Holly (Stephen), and his four grandchildren, Natalie, Nicolas, Benjamin, and Patrick. He will forever be in our hearts.
