Carol Ann (Lange) Orr, 59, of Federal Heights, passed away Friday, March 26, 2021 in her sleep at Saint Joseph’s Hospital, Denver.

Carol was born June 22, 1961, in Pasadena, California, to Lester Lange and Patricia (Gonzales) (Lange) Arnold.

Carol graduated from Aurora Central High School.

Carol worked for Aurora Public Schools for 23 years. She was a Girl Scout leader. She loved working with children.

Carol loved to make people laugh, had an amazing laugh, and loved life. Her passion was being outdoors -- hiking, camping and fishing.

She was an amazing mother, loving daughter and best-friend to her sister, and loved her grandchildren and nieces dearly. We love you and will miss you, until we meet again.

Special thanks to all the staff at St. Joseph's Hospital and the palliative care team who cared for Carol and supported the family.

Carol is survived by her son, Christopher Orr of Aurora; daughter Kimberly Reynolds of Eugene, Oregon; grandchildren Rannon Reynolds, Alliana Reynolds, and Declan Reynolds; daughter Skylar Puskas of Eugene, Oregon; mother Patricia (Gonzales) (Lange) Arnold of Aurora; sister Sharon Lange Kallweit of Sausalito, California; nieces Alex Kallweit and Hannah Kallweit; step-brother Robert Arnold of Arvada; niece Kayla Arnold; step-sister Nina Rybarski of Rockford, Illinois; step-sister Patricia Lange of Irvine, California; cousin Adolph Sambrano of Lakewood; uncle Ray (Judy) (and Wild Bill) Lang of Medford, Oregon, and uncle Robert (Fikre Mimi Gutema) Lang of Dijbouti.

Carol was preceded in death by her father, Lester Lange; and her step-father, Robert Arnold.
