Jeffrey Allen Schmidt
1984 - 2021

With much grief and sorrow the Schmidt family announce the death of Jeffrey Allen Schmidt, 37, of Aurora CO. On the evening of April 24th, 2021 he passed away peacefully hand in hand with his wife while surrounded by loved ones. His death was sudden and his family is deeply saddened.

Jeff was born on March 16th, 1984 to Anne and Tony Schmidt in Portland, OR. He grew up in Colorado and as a child he was a smiling force of nature. After graduating from Rangeview High School in 2002 he went on to work in the industrial equipment and electric motor businesses. In 2003, he met Brittany. A true example of opposites attracting, they wed in 2007, going on to have three beautiful children, Danica(2010), Logan(2012), and Corbin(2016). He was a faithful husband and loving father. He dedicated his life to supporting his family and making sure they had everything they needed or wanted.

Jeff was an avid comic book collector, most of his collection he was building for his children. He was also a passionate sports fan. He loved baseball and played competitively most of his life. For many years he was part of a bowling league, in 2015 he bowled his first perfect game of 300.

We will miss his mesmerizing blue eyes, endearing personality, radiant smile and charming dimples. He was loved by his friends for his clever antics, contagious laugh, and quick witted humor. He was a source of strength and a beacon of positivity. We will be forever changed as he took with him a piece of our hearts. He is preceded in death by his Grandparents, his Uncle's Robert and John, his cousin James, and his Father in Law Ponch. He is survived by his wife Brittany, his three children Danica, Logan, and Corbin. His parents Anne and Tony, his sister Kristin, his nieces Kaci and Lily. Numerous extended family members and countless friends.

His life was cut short but the impression he left on the lives of others will never be forgotten. He will be missed more than words could ever describe.
