In Memory Of
Elena Thomas
1928 - 2021

Elena Elizabeth Thomas, née Ardourel was born on January 26, 1928. She took her last breath on April 28, 2021. The love of her life and soulmate, John Walter Thomas (her Johnny), preceded her in death by just 24 days, a testament to their strong bond.

They had nine children John V. Thomas, Gerald Thomas, Eugene Thomas, Gregory Thomas, James Thomas, Michael Thomas, Marie Bradfield (deceased), Barbara Thomas and Stephan Thomas; twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Her children, bunches of grandchildren and great-grandchildren will tell you about her immense love and devotion to her family. She told us how raising a family with her beloved Johnny was her greatest goal, the most important thing she ever wanted to do in her life. Making her one of the most successful people we all know. We laugh with fondness remembering her saying “I did not become a mom to win a popularity contest.” We got to tell her many times, thanks for being the best momma ever! We love and miss you with all our hearts. You are our sunshine. We are grateful you are back with Dad, your beloved Johnny.
