Phyllis Griggs , 92, of Castle Rock, passed away August 14, 2021. She was born Phyllis Maude Garland on July 3, 1929 to Maude Marcilene Garland and George Garland in Denver Colorado where she remained a native of Colorado. Phyllis attended North High School and married Warren W. Griggs on December 28, 1947. They were married for 60 years when he passed on January 24, 2007.

Phyllis is survived by children Georgia Von Reyn, Sandra K. Farnham, Sharon M. Duncan and Michael W. Griggs; brother, Neil Garland; twelve grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends. She is preceded in death by husband, Warren Griggs and her parents.

She will be buried at Fort Logan National Cemetery with her husband. Rest In Peace Mom!
