Roberta L. "Bobbie" Johnson of Westminster, passed away on September 14, 2021.
Bobbie was born on August 11, 1942 to Robert and Sylvia Huett in Arbula, Mo. She attended college in Carthage, IL where she received her Nursing Degree.
Bobbie moved to Colorado in 1991 and continued to work as a registered nurse until her early retirement due to physical challenges resulting from Myasthenia Gravis (MG). Bobbie, along with her friend Marlene Burns, were instrumental in helping to establish and maintain The Myasthenia Gravis Association of Colorado, where Bobbie served on the board for 30 years. She was dedicated to the cause of helping others learn more about how to live with this disease. Bobbie also loved to sew and was a skilled quilt maker.
Bobbie is survived by husband, Bill Johnson; daughter Julie (Jim) Dunkerley and son Brian Moss; stepchildren, Wendy Herlein, Aaron (Rebecca) Johnson, and Lora Johnson.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Sylvia; and son-in-law, Mike Herlein.
