Prominent dental surgeon in Lakewood, Colorado, who practiced into his 80's.
Survived by his daughters, Deborah Crockett, Leslie Crockett, Holly Lyons (Bill), Jamie Bruhl (Chris) and Emily Crockett (Rick).
