Richard Keith Jenkins, 88, of Westminster, passed away November 15, 2021. He was born January 26, 1933 in Pocatello, Idaho, the son of Minnie Hansen.

Richard served in the U. S. Army and was proud to have fought and defended the country he loved. He was a strong man that kept his optimism in spite of heartbreak and hardship. Richard never met a stranger and was always happy and laughing. A man of God, Richard taught his family about Jesus. His greatest pride and joy were his grandchildren.

Richard is survived by children Yolanda Howard, Charles W. Jenkins, and Barbara L. Jenkins; grandchildren Jared Howard, Amanda Howard, Lexi Howard, Allie Howard, and DJ Jenkins and great-grandson Brooks. He is preceded in death by his mother, Minnie Hansen and wife, Cora Lee Jenkins.
