In Loving Memory

William Franklin Herlth III (Bill), 55, passed away on Friday April 30, 2022, at home in Denver, Colorado. He was the husband of Marjorie (Crystal). They shared 25 years together.

Born on October 12, 1966, on Malmstrom Air Force Base near Grant Falls, Montana he was the son of William F Herlth II and Linda Short Herlth. Bill graduated from Cheyenne East High School in 1985. Bill joined the Marine Corps in 1985 and served for over six years. He and his wife Marjorie Burns Herlth were married on September 13, 1997, in Golden, Colorado. Bill was employed at Safeway for over 20 years where his last title was Motorized Mechanic.

As a youth, Bill enjoyed playing sports, such as soccer, baseball, football, and swimming. In high school he was on the swim team. And as an adult, pool and bowling were added to the list.

Bill was a true outdoorsman from an early age. Some of his favorite activities included spending time on the ranch, hunting, fishing, camping, and archery. He will be remembered for his loyalty to family, his friendly personality, his love of pets and hunting, his dedication to his job and his beautiful blue eyes. Memberships included the NRA, the North American Hunting Club, and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.

He leaves to cherish his memory: wife Marjorie, his two daughters Tiana (Eric), and Danielle (Peter), and his son Mark (Vivien); and his three grandchildren Ava, Brenden, and Levin. As well as his parents William & Linda, his sister Sandra (Jim), and his nephew James as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents Margaret & William F. Herlth Sr. and Frances & Lester Short Sr. and multiple aunts, uncles and cousins.
