Odelia G. Cherry, 84, passed away Thursday May 5, 2022.
She was born to the late Alfonso and Cordelia Garcia, June 14, 1937 in New Mexico. She married the late Jack Cherry in 1961 and together they had 4 children and lived in Aurora, Colorado.
Odelia is survived by her children: Jackie, Clarissa ,and Melissa. She is also survived by her 3 sons-in-law Michael, Joe, and Brad. She has 8 grandchildren: Jessica, Michelle, Andrea, J.J., Chelsea, Brianna, Bryon(step), and Becky (step). She also is survived by 2 great-grandchildren; Kyla and Zavera and 4 step great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jack, son Galen, and nephew Duane.
A viewing will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home East from 5 - 6 pm and a rosary from 6 - 7 pm on May 19, 2022. Services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home East Metro Chapel on Friday May 20 at 11:00 a.m. followed by burial at Olinger’s East Lawn at 2:00 p.m.
