Rick Trujillo, 81, passes Sunday, June 18, 2022 at home. He was born February 20, 1941 in Sopris, Colorado the son of James and Rose (Garcia) Trujillo.
Rick worked as a civil engineer for the Colorado State Highway Department and retired after 32 years of service. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his two daughters Sharon R. Petla and Roxanne L. Al-Kadari; his four brothers Robert, Ralph, Anthony and James Trujillo, his four sister Ireen Vickles, Marie O. Butt, Beatrice Lavato and Thresa Megarqee, his three grandchildren Angelo and Desaray Garcia and Sam Kadari and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be July 9th at Newcomer East Metro Chapel with reception to follow.
