June Nadine Ginkel
1950 - 2023

June Nadine Nelson Ginkel entered into the presence of the Lord on June 3, 2023 at the age of 72. She is survived by her husband, Pastor Donald Ginkel, sons Chad Swiercinsky (Jeni) and Todd Swiercinsky (Patsy). She was preceded in death by son Troy “TJ” Swiercinsky. She is also survived by 2 sisters, Deborah Gibson (Robert) and Robin Kelly (Tom), several nieces and nephews and by stepsons Dr. Paul (Julie) Ginkel, Dr. John (Rebecca) Ginkel, Mark Ginkel (Stephani) and David (Evelyn) Ginkel, along with 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
“Dine” was dearly loved by her family and her many friends both near and far. She will be greatly missed.
Nadine was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church in Littleton, CO. She graduated from Iowa State University with both a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Psychology. She was employed by Shook Hardy and Bacon in Kansas City, MO from 1986-1998; Dorsey and Whitney, Denver, CO from 1998-2006; and Denver Seminary from 2006-2021. Due the limitations caused by her progressive illness, she reluctantly retired from the Seminary as the Director of Library Services in January 2021.

A visitation service will be held on June 9, 2023 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Newcomers, 901 S. Sheridan Blvd., Lakewood, CO. Interment in Johnson County Memorial Gardens, Overland Park, KS.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Ginkel Memorial Outreach Fund at Ascension Lutheran Church or the MSA Coalition, 7918 Jones Branch Drive suite 300, McLean, VA 22102.
