Adoulf H. Kimball "Al" of Golden, Colorado formerly of Manchester, Iowa, passed away August 12, 2015.
Al was born July 9, 1930 in Bremer County, Iowa. On June 7, 1975, he married Marylou Barker.
He is survived by his wife Marylou, and daughters Lynne (Paul) Altimier, Golden, CO, Kristi (Jack) Carver, Bellvue, CO, Jan (Mark) Hempstead, Manchester, IA, Cheryl Smith, Independence, IA, Kathy (Steve) Kelchen, Herman, MO., 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 3 great great-grandchildren. 3 Brothers, Rinehart (Nancy), Verlin (Barbara) and Victor (Shirley), and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Martha Kimball, one son, Randy Kimball, and 2 sisters, Margaret and Malane.
Al was a proud veteran in the U. S. Army and served in the Korean War. He was active in The American Legion and VFW in Manchester, IA and participated in the Honor Flight program. He was a member of the Methodist Church in Manchester, IA, and the Calvary Episcopal Church in Golden, CO.
Memorial Service, Friday, August 28 at 10:00 AM at Calvary Episcopal Church, 1320 Arapahoe St., Golden, Colorado. Inurnment, Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado.
