Albert LeGale Eggebroten , 81, of Thornton, passed away September 3, 2016.
He was born June 14, 1935 in International Falls, Minnesota, the son of Irwin and Minnie (Gatchell) Eggebroten.
He was a graduate of Littlefork Big Falls High School in Minnesota.
On March 13, 1965, he married the love of his life, Sharron Floyd.
Albert was a member of Gideon's International.
He honorably served in the US Navy from 1954 - 1958.
He was a hard worker and a farmer. He was always very active and physically fit, taking long walks. He lived in Alaska for two decades, working and raising his family. He was very adventurous. Albert always will be remembered for helping people. He also left a legacy of donating to many faith-based charities. He continued this spirit of helping people by being an organ and tissue donor.
Albert is survived by Four Sons, Floyd (Amy) Eggebroten, Robert (Charlotte Mossgrove) Eggebroten, Buddy (Jenn) Eggebroten and Duane (Sarah) Eggebroten; Grandchildren, Irwin Eggebroten, Morgan Eggebroten, Paul Eggebroten, Daniel Eggebroten, Abigail Eggebroten, Shauna Eggebroten, Tyrel Eggebroten, Jorgen Eggebroten, Robert Stumpf, Lucas (Davida) Stumpf, Rachel Stumpf, and Arlen Mossgrove; Great Grandchildren, Mathew & Ryan Stumpf; Sister, Janet (Jack) Jones; Brothers- and Sisters-In-Law, Heidi Eggebroten, Erma (Andy) Steck and Bob (Judy) Floyd and Many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by Father, Irwin Eggebroten, Mother, Minnie Eggebroten, his wife of 51 years, Sharron Eggebroten and Brother, Larry Eggebroten.
