Allen, 91, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2008. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Alice, son, Malcolm, daughter-in-law Janice, grandsons Jonathon and Nicholas, brother Roy and sister Jeanette. Al, a silver star and purple heart recipient of WWII, was a civil engineer and retired head of the CO Dept. of Natural Resources.
