Maria Amada Mercedes Duran, 85, of Denver, passed away July 5, 2014.
She was born August 7, 1928 in Antonito, Colorado, the daughter of Jesus and Agapita (Romero) Lujan. On October 30, 1947 she married Nicolas Duran, of San Antonio, Colorado.
Amada is survived by Children, Shirley (Tim) Hall, Lee (Erma) Duran, Olga Duran, Millie Duran (Tony Garcia), Alice Duran, David (Lisa) Duran, Andy Duran (Karen Keller), John Marc Duran; 16 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Grandchild; Brothers, Lawrence Lujan and Nestor (Jenny) Lujan; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by Husband, Nicolas Duran.
